Every order is carefully packed and fulfilled by our small team with intention and care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We deeply appreciate your patience as we grow.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted delivery partners depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Milk Drunk Club is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. Of course, we are always happy to help where we can.
International Shipping
We’re intentionally keeping fulfillment small and thoughtful during our initial launch phase.
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
International shipping is coming soon, and we look forward to expanding as we grow.
