At Milk Drunk Club we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shannon@milkdrunkclub.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Including photos of the issue will help speed up the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital products and downloadable guides
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened or used feeding products, unless defective
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be returned unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
