The Story Behind MilkHaven
Milk Drunk Club was born from decades of clinical work, three wild water births, and thousands of quiet hours spent nursing through the night.
As a NICU nurse of 20 years and lactation consultant of 14, I’ve lived the leaky, latchy, love-soaked chaos of early motherhood, and seen firsthand how complicated milk storage can feel.
MilkHaven was created to bring simplicity, structure, and calm to that part of the journey.
Because feeding doesn’t end at the latch
We spend so much time focusing on how milk is made, and very little on what happens after it’s expressed.
