At MilkHaven, material safety and thoughtful design are foundational to everything we create.
Our silicone materials are independently tested by SGS, a globally recognized third-party testing organization, to internationally recognized food-contact standards.
MilkHaven is made from European food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, PVC-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free. Our materials meet FDA food-contact requirements (21 CFR 177.2600) and comply with applicable European food-contact and safety standards.
Our materials have been tested for:
• BPA, BPS, and other bisphenols
• Heavy metals, including lead and cadmium
• Volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
• Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)
• Odor and taste transfer
• Food-contact safety under LFGB testing protocols
