Extended Bio
For more than two decades, Shannon has worked at the bedside supporting families through some of the most fragile and formative days of newborn life. Across continents and communities, she has witnessed both the resilience of mothers and the gaps in the systems meant to support them.
Motherhood deepened her clinical knowledge into lived conviction. Health has always been the throughline of her life — not as trend, but as discipline. From researching materials and ingredients to prioritizing maternal nervous system stability, her personal life mirrors the guidance she offers professionally.
Milk Drunk Club was created to offer calm, evidence-based breastfeeding support rooted in maternal confidence. MilkHaven emerged from decades of watching exhausted parents manage fragile milk in disposable plastic and chaotic freezer systems — and asking whether the way we store milk reflects the way we value maternal health.
